Why gymnastics? Kids & cartwheels... they go together. Gymnastics is the “natural sport” that kids are born to do ! We here at Greenville Gymnastics give them the opportunity to explore their abilities directed by our qualified, Safety-Certified staff in a facility equipped with the latest in gymnastics training apparatus.
Gymnastics is also the best sport for developing the physical abilities necessary for success in every other sport. It develops strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and kinesthetic awareness through even the most basic participation. In addition self-discipline, problem solving and confidence are enhanced by a child’s participation. And it’s FUN!
We offer classes from walking through adult ages, from beginner levels through advanced Competitive Teams. Our programs include Pre-School Movement Education, Developmental Classes, Tumbling Classes, Teen Classes, Homeschool, Fitness and even our new very popular Parkour Program, each giving participants the ability to ‘stretch their limits’ in the direction they choose. We offer a self paced Progressive Achievement System so each athlete can progress at their own rates in our year round programs. We also offer awesome private Gymnastics Birthday Parties as well as our very popular Friday Night Fun Gym to give parents a break.
Greenville Gymnastics has a stellar reputation as the largest dedicated Gymnastics program, providing excellence in training to the Upstate of South Carolina for over 23 years ! In addition our Competitive Team Athletes have developed a reputation across the Region for excellence with many going on to the Collegiate level under full scholarships. We even have some Olympic connections being chosen as the training site for the 1996 Chinese Olympic Men’s and Women’s Teams as well as the ‘first step’ for a USA 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist.
So whether your child is a future gymnastic star or just wants to develop a strong base for participation in other sports, Greenville Gymnastics is the place to start!!
