Tumbling Classes consist of training on Floor tumbling skills. Classes are grouped by age and skill level. Progress is gauged by a Poster Reward system. Progressions are followed using many additional training stations including resi and loose foam pit, trampoline and tumble trak, as well as unique drill equipment and aids.
This is a great program for Cheerleaders needing that tumbling skill or skills to achieve their cheering goals, for improved multi-sport abilities or just to pursue the love of tumbling!
